As we got questions about the changes made on the trunk version of the GTK client, we propose the official v5.0.6 client bundled for Mac OS X 10.5 for Intel macs.

This version has not been tested with Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard. Seems like there are some issues with 10.6.
We are working on this...

Thank you for your continued efforts and support of the Mac platform! I'm a regular user of your Mac client for OpenERP and am glad to see the 5.0.6 version is out.

I've just tried under MacOsX 10.6 and I've a bus error when I want open a sale order form. I have the same pb with the oldest version. But with 10.5, no problem.

When I connect to my server OpenERP 5.0.6 crashes instantly. I use OS-X 10.6.2

The report gives an ExeptionType: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGBUS)

Thanks for working on porting OpenERP client to the Mac. Hope you continue your effort

Hello,
OpenERP client v5.0.6 with accent don't work correctly.
When write "à" for example, in field write "`a" (accent plus vocal).
But the copy-paste other document to OpenERP, is correct.

Other characters is correct, for example, ç, ñ, ....

Using Snow Leopard... I get the same problem as Sebastien and maybe you already know but the client also crashes when trying to access the task list from the task form and the other way round has the same result.

Installation Error on Mac OS 10.6:

An unexpected error has occurred during execution of the main script

IOError: [Errno 30] Read-only file system: '/Volumes/Open ERP Client 5.0.6/Open ERP.app/Contents/Resources/../Resources/pangorc'

Can you help?

You can not launch the app from the disk image.
Please copy the app into your /Applications folder.
